Greetings my friends and if you didn’t get the hashtag then suffice to say that it is going to be Tottenham Hotspur Vs Manchester United in less than 24 hours after more than 100 days away from the English Premier League(EPL) and boy have I missed it.

The last match in the EPL was played between Leicester City romping to a 4-0 scoreline against Aston Villa and the Villains are in dire straits with a relegation battle to contend with. In stark contrast, Man United did the double on the Cityzens with a 2-0 scoreline and more can be found on After all, you’re my wonderwall.
Marcus Rashford has been in the news in recent times by penning an open letter to British MPs and helping overturn the Government’s decision to scrap meals for school-going children that would have cost the exchequer 120 million quid. Marcus was even lauded by the arch-nemesis Liverpool for his efforts let alone the Man United fans and hierarchy.
No match preview can be complete without the mention of the mercurial Paul Pogba. Which Pogba are we going to see? The flamboyant, the world-class, the effortless player on the ball or someone who sprays it around, is thrifty in possession and gets injured?
It is also Mourinho’s grudge match. The erstwhile Manager took Man United to a completely different tangent bereft of a philosophy who has come back to the Spurs to get them a trophy. Much remains to be seen about the likes of Spurs and Arsenal and how their respective seasons turn out given their position in the league.
My likely formation for United would be a 4-3-3 with a settled back four including Victor Lindelof, Harry Macguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw shielding David De Gea. The midfield would comprise of Bruno Fernandez, Fred and Paul Pogba. The forwards would be Rashford, Martial and Daniel James.
Who are you supporting in the EPL and when are your matches coming up? Any favourite players that you want to talk about? Fight for the top-four and the battle for the wooden spoon is on. May the best team win!
Don’t want to wish you luck cos you’ll win in a canter. The last time the Toffees won the Derby was in 2010. Thanks for the good wishes
